About me
Hi. My name is Tim. I am a family man with two children and a family dog. I'm also the "Guy" in My PC Guy. I am an A+ certified technician with 10 years experience troubleshooting and repairing PC's. My goal is to provide a fast, convenient and affordable computer service with a personal touch. When you call My PC Guy, you speak directly with me. There are no operators, no automated phone systems and no "e-mail service request" forms.
When you call, I ask a few questions to determine your needs, discuss your options and provide my opinion about the most cost effective solution that will fulfil your needs. Once a solution has been determined, the service is completed within 24 to 48 hours in most cases. Services can be done in my office, in your home or office and can even be picked up and delivered within Woodstock at no extra charge. If you live outside Woodstock, rest assured I will travel to your location for a small fee. Need assistance after hours? I can even take care of that for you as well.
My goals when opening my doors in 2008 were as follows
to provide convenience to the customer by offering free pickup and delivery, onsite services and after hours service
to provide services within days, not weeks
to keep overhead low so I can pass on the savings
to treat my customers as people and not a dollar sign
Today my goals are still the same and I continue to strive to better educate myself as well as developing my services and products offered to better suit you, the customer.
